Preparation method:

  1. Bring 240 ml of coconut milk to a boil, add the Tom Ka paste and 300 g of diced chicken. Cook over low heat to prevent the coconut milk from separating.
  2. After a few minutes, add 480 ml of water and cook until the chicken is tender.
  3. Add another 240 ml of coconut milk and 100 g of mushrooms (such as button mushrooms). Bring to a boil.
  4. Season with fish sauce and lime juice, adjusting the taste to your preferences.

Notes: For a more authentic taste, it is worth using Thai fish sauce and fresh lime juice.
