Preparation:
MIX:
Empty contents of this pack (200g) in a bowl. Add 250 ml of water and 100ml of curd (Yogurt). Mix to make a smooth batter without lumps and keep aside for 5 minutes.
STEAM:
Grease idli plates/ baking trays with oil, pour batter into the moulds and steam in the cooker (without whistle) or in Idli vessel on a medium flame for 2 - 3 minutes.
SERVE:
Remove the mould, rest for a minute, remove the idlis and serve hot with coconut chutney and sambar.
