Moringa fruits are green , elongated, ribbed, reach up to 60 cm in length. Inside them are seeds with three wings.   • 2 tablespoons roasted peanuts

How to prepare:

  1. Scrape Drumsticks and cut into pieces about 2.5 centimeters long. Pour 2-3 glasses of water into the pan with non-stick bottom and heat. Add turmeric, salt and chopped pieces of drumsticks. Cover and boil.
  2. Heat the oil for the other pan. For hot oil, add mustard seeds, lentils, curry leaves, and onions. Simmer until the onion reaches a golden color.
  3. Garlic, ginger, chili, nuts, grate in a mortar with paste, adding a little water
  4. Strain the drumsticks and add to the pan with onions. Add ginger and garlic paste. Mix
  5. Add salt and mix. Cover and simmer on low heat. Add some water left over from cooking drumsticks. Cover again and cook until the drumsticks become soft.
  6. Add tamarind paste and mix well
  7. Serve hot.
