Bhel Puri is a popular street snack in India. It is a light and tasty mixture consisting of various ingredients including crispy rice flakes, sev, puffed rice and peanuts. You can add chopped red onion, tomatoes, fresh coriander, sauces (e.g. tamarind) and spices.
