COOKING METHOD

Pre-cooking: Rinse the rice thorougt, Soak for 30 minutes.

STEP 1
Measure 1 cup (150g) of brown rice and gently wash it twice with cold water. Drain water completely.

STEP 2
Place 3 cups (450 ml) of water in a cooking pan. On high heat bring water a vigorous boil.

STEP 3
Add washed brown rice into the bolling water. Once it comes to ful boil, then reduce heat to simmer.
Cover the cooking pan and let it cook for 15 minutes till all the water Is absorbed. SERVE HOT
