Shahi Paneer Masala MDH 100g is a specially crafted spice blend perfect for preparing the rich and creamy Shahi Paneer, a royal Mughlai dish where paneer is cooked in a sauce made from yogurt, nuts, and seeds. The Shahi Paneer Masala from MDH enhances the dish with its authentic and rich flavors. This spice mix has been carefully designed to bring out the full richness of the traditional recipe, blending onions, tomatoes, almonds, and unique spices.

Preparation:

  1. Cut 500g Paneer into cubes.
  2. Blend 100g of onion and 120g of tomatoes.
  3. Grind 10 almonds (or cashews) into a paste with 1/3 cup of water.
  4. Heat oil, fry the onion paste for 10 minutes, add tomato puree and 15g Shahi Paneer Masala. Cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the almond paste, water, and paneer cubes, then cook for another 5 minutes. Finish with a touch of cream.
