Preparation method:
In a pot or pressure cooker, bring 1 liter of water to a boil. In a bowl, mix the contents of the package with 320 ml of water and 1 tablespoon of oil until a smooth dough is obtained. Grease a special idli mold with oil and place a portion of the dough in each compartment. Place the mold in the pot with boiling water and cook covered for 15 minutes.
