HoiSin sauce is an original Chinese sauce with a characteristic sweet-spicy taste and light
garlic smell. This thick, reddish-brown sauce is the perfect accompaniment to dishes
baked and cooked, especially pork, poultry and seafood. It is used
also as a sauce (dip) for dipping ready-made pieces of meat. It is also used
as an ingredient of many oriental meat sauces. The sauce is made of plums and soybeans, contains
also salt, sugar, garlic, vinegar, chilli and sesame oil.

Ingredients: water, sugar, soybean paste (soybeans, wheat flour, salt, water, sugar, flavor enhancer: E621, preservative: E211), salt, distilled vinegar, modified tapioca starch, garlic, dye: caramel (E150a), sesame oil, anise, preservative (E202).
