Ingredients: Salt, Mint, Dry Mango, Pomegranate Seeds, Chilli, Coriander, Black Pepper, Musk Melon, Caraway, Nutmeg, Maleic Acid.

Preparation Instructions

• Beat a small bowlful of natural yoghurt and add Podina Chutney powder  to taste.

• (Alternatively, in a mixer, grind 20g red/spring onion, add 3 tsp Podina Chutney Masala and water to form a watery paste).

• Check seasoning, and keep  for 15 minutes before serving  along with savouries, relishes or as a main course accompaniment with pickles.

Sprinkle Podina Chutney  on sandwiches, savouries, waffles etc. for a spicy, minty taste.
