IME-9 is a unique blend of several key Ayurvedic herbs. It combines the herbs: Karela, Jamun, Amra, Gudmar, and Shilajeet. All of these herbs help lower blood glucose levels by stimulating insulin-producing cells (beta cells), thereby increasing insulin production. The tablet also reduces peripheral insulin resistance (prevents sugar spikes) and delays the absorption of glucose from the intestines.
