Bombay Pav Bhaji : is a puree of selected vegetables with aromatic spices.
Ingredients: tomatoes, potatoes, green peas, cauliflower, sunflower oil, onion, pepper, coriander leaves, fresh garlic, salt, whole red chili, spices: anise, black cardamom, black pepper, Cassia, chili, cloves, salt, coriander, cumin, ginger, dried mango, dill, turmeric; chilli powder, cumin, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg.
How to prepare: Gas burner:
take a closed plastic bag and soak in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Remove the bag, pour the dish into a bowl and serve.
Microwave: empty the contents of the package by pouring into a bowl, put every oven and heat within 1-2 minutes. Mix and serve.
Dish, vegetarian.
