Pani Puri Haldiram's makes life easy and enjoyable for all chaat lovers. Ready to use, light and full of flavour, they are a great choice for a snack during get-togethers or family meals.

 

Pani Puri: Semolina (47%), Vegetable Oil, Whole Wheat Flour (12%), Refined Wheat Flour and Salt

Sweet Spiced Mango Sauce: Sugar (48%), Mango Powder, Salt, Black Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Dried Ginger Powder, Black Pepper, Cardamom Powder, Nutmeg and Mace

Pani Puri Paste: Mint Paste, Dried Mango, Coriander Paste, Salt , Cumin Powder, Green Chilli, Asafoetida, E211

Boondi: Chickpea Flour (65%), Refined Oil, Salt and Turmeric Powder.

  • Pani Puri Water: Add 900ml water to the 140g Pani puri paste sachet. Or dilute as per taste.
  • Boondi: Soak boondi in lukewarm water for 2 minutes. Drain excess water.
  • To make Pani Puris: Place Pani puris in a large dish and make a small hole on top, in each. Fill a quarter of each Pani puri with the mango sauce and pre-soaked boondi. Fill in the Pani puri water to taste. Serve immediately. You can also add chopped, boiled potatoes and chana and fresh coriander leave to the Pani puris.
