Kabseh Seasoning Durra
A mixture of spices for the Kabsa (Kabseh) dish, a classic dish from Saudi Arabia, also popular in Qatar, Oman, Iraq and Kuwait. Most often prepared from long-grain rice (e.g. basmati), meat, vegetables and a mixture of spices, today most often in a pressure cooker, but traditionally in a stone dish placed on hot coals. It goes well with vegetables, poultry meat, lamb and shrimps and any tomato-based sauces. .
