Preparation:

3. Deep-fry in butter or clarified butter over medium flame until the balls turn golden. We drain the oil.
4. Leave in syrup for 30 minutes. Preparation of the syrup: We obtain the syrup by boiling sugar (600 g) in 640 ml of water. Boil the syrup for 5 minutes, you can add saffron or cardamom.
