Pomegranate molasses is a strong concentrate of pomegranate juice. Pomegranate is very rich in antioxidants and vitamins, and is an integral part of Levantine cuisine. Its fruity-sour-sweet molasses is an essential seasoning in the kitchen. It is used in marinades (chich taouk, etc.), in vinaigrettes.
