17th of June was a really crowded day at Łazienki Królewskie in Warsaw. Every yoga and Indian enthusiast was there for International Day of Yoga. Weather was lovely and the green, grassy place was full of life. In front of the main stage, coroful yoga mats were lying and on top of them cheerful people were doing classic yoga.
Next to the main stage everyone could try Aerial Yoga which is... yoga in the air! Yes, that's right! Aerial Yoga uses delicate fabrics and each exercise we perform couple inches above the ground. Sounds breath taking? Because it totally is!
After workout you could taste indian food or do groceries for later. Little India was prepered for all - even hot, sunny day. We arrived with plenty of refreshing, oriental drinks and juices.
We also brought well known indian MDH spices, teas, mangos and cosmetics imported straight from India.
If you were on International Day of Yoga in Warsaw, let us know in the comments. We hope you have enjoyed it as much as we did. If you weren't there for some reason - see you next year. You can't miss that event twice!
